The Genesee Valley Council on the Arts, serving Livingston County for over 30 years, is dedicated to the development and promotion of the arts and culture in this beautiful region of western New York. GVCA supports an array of programs and services for artists, arts and cultural organizations, students and the community at large. Primarily an arts service organization with offices on the Livingston County Campus in Mt. Morris, the arts council forms partnerships with businesses, schools, SUNY Geneseo, libraries, historical societies and other organizations and individuals to serve local artists and audiences.
