ABC No Rio encourages all nonprofit cultural organizations to draft and implement privacy policies, and to examine the policies of other, similar organizations as models for use. Organizations that collect personal financial information and the personal information of children have special legal and ethical obligations. Organizations that do so are encouraged to seek professional legal advice when drafting their privacy policy.
ABC No Rio respects and protects the privacy of our volunteers, donors, supporters, and patrons, as well as of individuals visiting our web-site and other online projects.

ABC No Rio (www.abcnorio.org) is a community center for the arts located on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
